Draft for legal review before commercial launch.
1. Platform role
StudyHelp247 provides a marketplace through which students and tutors can discover each other, exchange proposals, and communicate. Tutors provide independent services and are responsible for their representations, conduct, and work.
2. Academic integrity
Users must not request, provide, or facilitate examination misconduct, impersonation, plagiarism, falsification, or submission of another person’s work as their own. Tutoring, explanation, feedback, research guidance, proofreading, and skills development are permitted when used responsibly.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login details, and maintain only accounts they are authorized to use. StudyHelp247 may suspend accounts associated with abuse, fraud, payment disputes, or prohibited activity.
4. Coins, proposals, and contact access
Coins are platform access units used by tutors for proposals. They are not legal tender and cannot be transferred between users. Package prices, refund eligibility, and proposal costs are shown before purchase or use. A successful paid proposal unlocks the student's WhatsApp number and a private conversation only for the request covered by that proposal, regardless of whether the student later accepts it. Acceptance is a separate student decision that selects the tutor for the request.
5. Completion and feedback
A student may mark an assigned request Completed after the agreed tutoring support is finished. Students may then submit one rating and optional written review for the selected tutor. Feedback must be truthful, relevant to the request, and free from harassment, unlawful content, or personal information that should remain private.
6. Conduct and safety
Harassment, unlawful content, misuse of personal information, payment fraud, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. Contact details and conversations unlocked by a paid proposal may be used only to discuss the linked request and must not be reused, shared, or used for unsolicited marketing.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform and applicable legal requirements develop. Material changes will be displayed with an updated effective date.
